			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have been working on this blog since long and heard about hundreds of people who have changed their daily routine and have included exercise as integral part of their life. It is really a great thing to know therefore for those people who are planning about health and fitness I have brought a review of efficient exercise equipment “Rowing Machine”. There are several exercise equipments available in market but Rowing Machine is one of the most important and essential part of a healthy life style. In simple words, rowing machines impersonate the action of rowing thus it is the best way to burn calories and toning up the body.</p>
